The whole "horikoshi is misogynistic" is such a stupid ass take, especially here on tumblr. The so called claim is that the female characters get the spotlight for a couple chapters and then get discarded, yet they're fucking side characters. That same thing even happens to the male side characters when the plot needs to progress and eventually get back to focusing on the main characters, so what the fuck even is that take? Lmao, it makes zero fucking sense.

I hate Shiggy regen not because fights are boring but because Shiggy can be hurt really badly and I don't want to see him like that pls🥲

I'm worried about Tomura, S&S and the pilots. They all are part of the problem, but they are not the problem. The global politics can create another Cassie, AFO can find another Tomura, there will be more soldiers.

Why Cassie or Tomura have to die? You don't have to like either of them, but they don't deserve to receive such horrible deaths.

Twice and Midnight shouldn't have died either. Hawks and Lady Nagant shouldn't have been used by the hero commission. It's easy to blame things on heroes or villains, but at the end of the day, the real responsibles don't pay for what they did.

Because the system it's what's wrong.

A hundred AFOs and Chiefs of the Hero Commission can die and it'll be the same. There's a greater change on the process. It is being lead by the new generation, the generation of the UA kids, of Deku.

Tomura is basically dying again and again and again and holding to dear life in hopes there's a way out. He's still hoping. It breaks my heart. He's thinking about his dog, he's screaming to scape, he's struggling with all he has. He's not giving up and that's pretty main character of him.

I can't wait for him to finally get rescued. I hope they can save Star and Stripe too. Horikoshi did a terrible job with her, but she definitely doesn't deserve to be added to the list of female characters who has only served as a plot point.

chapter 332 thoughts:

this is going to be more about the ending and possible next steps because i don’t have anything to say for the rest of the chapter other than “look at my man go”

i don’t think this is going to be the end of the fight simply because of the panel of S&S smiling right before shiggy touches her face. she might’ve said an order under her breath or maybe has something else up her sleeve. either way, i don’t think this is going to be the end of her.

panel i’m referring to:

at the end of the day, however, S&S can’t win her fight with shiggy because

1. he can’t die

2. she’s not izuku

but there are steps she has to go through before she realizes that.

many different things can happen to her (injured, loses her entire team, death, losing her quirk (last two i think is unlikely) and many different things can happen to shiggy. he could get injured in this fight, which can lead to three possibilities:

1. shiggy makes them think they’ve won or are going to win and then he gets the drop on them

2. they retreat while he’s injured to get more help (idk about this one)

3. it slows him down, making him retreat, but then he comes back and just fucks them all up (idk about this one either)

either way, s&s can’t win this fight. her definition of ‘winning’ is killing shiggy and she just can’t do that. i’m not sure how she’s gonna lose (injury, death, quirk stolen) because i feel like all of them are a bit eh, but she simply can’t win by her definition.

i gotta be somewhere in like two minutes so this was really rushed. this was the only manga page i got to see and i read the leaks pretty fast this morning so i missed a lot of info. anyways bye bye
